About American Tire Distributors

It operates more than 115 distribution centers serving approximately 80,000 customers across the U.S. The company offers an unsurpassed breadth and depth of inventory, frequent delivery, and value-added services to tire and automotive service customers. American Tire Distributors employs approximately 4,500 associates across its distribution center network.
Located at 15530 E Euclid Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216, American Tire Distributors operates as a tire wholesaler serving Spokane Valley in Washington. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as warehouse, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 7:30 amβ5 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Forever to unload. Arrived 45-minutes early. They started me 15-min before my appointment. Speculated 3-hours. Dude about finished in promised time then left end of shift for βthe new guyβ Figured extra half hour. Asked manager walked over and promised 30-minutes. 30-minutes passed, heβs gone, unloaded wonβt respond to Me at the truck. Went back in to ask. Lady said wait in your truck, guess she was too busy eating lunch to go investigate. 30-more minutes. Finally caught unloaded. He said heβs been only 3-weeks and about 20-more minutes. So Iβm at 5-hours now and they been false promising the whole time. Very stressful because I thought I would be okay for my next load relaying to my dispatcher what was being told to Me. Itβs bad enough Iβm trapped here for 5-hours. But your lies are screwing up My next load I would have cancelled long ago. And all the while my company has an empty trailer with out back of the facility. But they could organize a swap.

Wish I could give no stars. Iβve delivered tires before so I know itβs an all day unload affair. Still booked load & headed from CA up to WA. Got up here appointment time was at 6 am & I Arrived at 6:30 bcus of heavy snow & winds. Loraine or however you spell her name, never even looked at at BOL to even see what load I had said I was late & need to contact my broker. I left & thought about it. Itβs time to call these ppl who work customer service out when they are crappy at there jobs. So I went back to ask her name & she told me & then turned her back to me & said I already emailed them but how can you know who to email when you donβt even know what load I have?

My first experience with ATD, American Tire Distribution and it was one of the most pleasant experiences at a consignee, I have ever had since driving Semi. You will see in the pictures I provided. Check in was so quick and I was given a door to dock right away. The staff from the guy at the check-in window to the forklift drivers were so nice and professional. Any question I asked was answered immediately. Unloading wasn't too bad. I think that will be on a case by case basis, depending on the product you are delivering. The facility is very clean. I think you could possibly overnight park your semi but only a few trucks would fit. Awesome experience as a Semi driver!π
